Terms & Conditions

• All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by the resort.
• Booking confirmation is valid only after receipt of the applicable advance payment.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation due to operational requirements, pricing errors, force majeure events, or policy violations.

Standard Times

• Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early / Late

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
• Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa as per Indian regulations.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
• Any outstanding amount must be settled before departure.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and online payment gateways.

• Cancellation requests are governed by the resort's Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

• Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and respect other guests and staff members.
• Illegal activities, nuisance, or damage to property may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

Guests shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to resort property by themselves, accompanying persons, or visitors during their stay.

Use of recreational facilities, adventure activities, and other amenities is at the guest's own risk. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Grace Grand Resort shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries, delays, cancellations, or interruptions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
