More than 15 days before arrival

• 100% refund of the booking amount.

8 to 15 days before arrival

• 50% refund of the booking amount.

Within 7 days of arrival

• No refund will be issued.

No-Show

• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method.

Applicable Periods

• Christmas, New Year, long weekends, festival periods, and peak holiday seasons.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 15 days of arrival will be non-refundable.

Separate Terms Apply

Group bookings, conferences, events, and corporate reservations may have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of confirmation. Please contact us for details.

Reservation Modifications

Reservation date modifications are subject to room availability and prevailing room rates at the time of the change request.

Limitation of Liability

Grace Grand Resort shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
